Based on the characteristics of private applied undergraduate universities, this paper analyses the teaching status of Cost Management Accounting course and constructs an innovative teaching system in four aspects: teaching objectives, teaching materials, teaching methods and teaching evaluation to realize the whole process management of course teaching so as to provide feasible reference for future teaching reform.
