The Analysis of the Reading Lesson Conducted in Communicative Language Teaching Method

Abstract

This reading lesson is based on communicative language teaching principles and students are engaged in a communication focused learning process through pre-reading activity, while reading activity and post-reading activity. Through students’ exposure to these activities, students’ reading for gist, reading for specific information and reading for detail skills could be greatly practiced.
