Abstract

Using the method of case studies, this paper uses the framework of boundary analysis to analyze the operation of boundaries between social work organizations and other community entities before and after the outbreak during the coronavirus prevention period, community work stations cannot properly arrange the position of social work organizations, forming a situation of "non-coordinated governance", and social workers passively accept the arrangement of community workstations because of the influence of resource dependence, resulting in social workers being unable to exert their professionalism.
