With the rapid development of the Internet, network culture has gradually penetrated into all aspects of people's life. The network cultural environment provides convenience for the dissemination of socialist core values, but because the network cultural environment is a complex virtual environment, college students are vulnerable to some negative information in the process of using the network, which brings certain challenges to the cultivation of College Students' socialist core values. By analyzing the function mechanism of the network cultural environment, this paper puts forward some suggestions on how to strengthen the cultivation and education of College Students' socialist core values based on the network cultural environment.
