If we want to compete courageously in building a world-class scientific and technological power, we must always put innovation at the core of our national development strategy, always attach importance to the important position of scientific and technological talents in scientific and technological creation, always attach importance to the leading role of scientific and technological culture in scientific and technological development, and form a joint force to promote the stability and far-reaching development of science and technology.
