The concept of "mass entrepreneurship and innovation" has fully stimulated the wisdom and creativity of the masses and become an important way to achieve economic development and prosperity. Under the background of vigorously promoting innovation and entrepreneurship, the cultivation of musicology talents in Minzu universities is facing more opportunities and challenges. Starting from the current situation of musicology talents cultivation in Minzu universities, this paper focuses on the analysis of the problems existing in musicology talents cultivation in Minzu Universities under the entrepreneurial and innovative environment, and puts forward the path of entrepreneurial and innovative talents cultivation in music specialty of ethnic universities.
