In order to improve the quality of talents cultivation for business major, new business subjects emerged to adapt to the development of new economy and new industries. This paper systematically analyzes the research status and the trend of talent training model and quality assurance system under the background of new business subjects. Taking Jiamusi University as an example, this paper puts forward the path and method for talent training under the background of new business subjects with the hope to improve the quality of talent cultivation and meet the social needs.
