Abstract

In the 21st century, with the rapid development of science and technology and the fierce social competition, it is imperative to study and discuss the construction of college English teaching team in order to improve the quality of college English teaching.This paper discusses the construction standard and necessity of college English teaching team, and expounds the contents and strategies of college English teaching team construction.
