In the context of China's educational system reform, teachers in higher vocational colleges must change their teaching ideas and actively implement online teaching, so as to make use of the resources of the teaching resource library to realize a shared, open and flexible teaching resource library, and give full play to the synergy to improve the effect of online teaching. This paper focuses on the problems existing in the construction of online teaching resources in higher vocational colleges, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.
