Red culture contains rich revolutionary spirit and profound historical and cultural connotation. It carries the original aspiration and mission of the Party Communists, and it is also the precious spiritual wealth of Chinese Party Communists. Integrating red culture into the education of the party spirit of college student party members into the new era is one of the effective ways to foster virtue through education for college students. It will also inspire the college student party members’ patriotism. It will guide the college student party members to become the new generation in the new era and to fulfill the task of the great rejuvenation of the new times. It is an important theory and practical proposition of ideological and political education combined with red culture in the new era which will be passed down from generation to generation.
