Library is a treasure house of knowledge and an important guarantee for the smooth development of teaching and scientific research in a higher vocational college. The specific management of the library itself will directly affect the teaching quality and scientific research level of teachers, so it must be paid attention to by every higher vocational college. Based on this situation, this paper will discuss how to make the library better serve the teaching and scientific research in higher vocational colleges, and explore the relevant optimization strategies from the aspects of library management, personnel training and so on.
