According to the rules and characteristics of P.E. teaching, with the combination of the development,layering and individual of the educational object. Taking sport pedagogics profession male students as the research subject, through the delaminated teaching method, implementing teaching according to student’s ability. The results indicate that the delaminated teaching method can not only attach the education for all-around development, but also arouse students’ study motivation, improve the study activity. Making different level students rewarding. And so improve the quality of teaching of track and field required course.
