Jinan, as the capital of Shandong Province, has introduced a series of policies to attract talents in recent years. Based on the research on the urban attractiveness of Jinan, this paper selects the young talent group of college graduates as the survey object, and deeply studies the employment attractiveness and influencing factors of Jinan through the combination of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, so as to provide reference for helping Jinan further deepen the reform of talent development system and mechanism, improve the ability to attract young talents, build a talent gathering highland in inland areas, and accelerate the construction of a national central city.
