Abstract

In recent years, China's e-education has developed rapidly, the construction of e-education has made remarkable achievements, and the process of e-education has entered a new stage of innovative development. In contrast, China's informatization leadership construction is relatively backward and cannot adapt to the rapid development of education informatization, which restricts the further improvement of informatization application level and hinders the process of education informatization. Therefore, in order to adapt to the current development speed of education informatization, it is necessary to improve the informatization leadership of principals. Starting with the basic characteristics of Internet thinking, this paper expounds the connotation of the headmaster's informatization leadership, analyzes the necessity of cultivating the headmaster's informatization leadership, and discusses in detail the research on the training methods of improving the headmaster's informatization leadership from three aspects: improving their own information literacy, giving full play to the influence of individuals and teams, and improving the training system of the headmaster's informatization leadership, Finally, I hope that the school education informatization can be implemented smoothly, and all teachers, students and employees, especially school administrators, must grasp the opportunities and meet the challenges.
