Chinese medicine is a great creation of the Chinese nation and has had a positive impact on the progress of world civilization. This paper focuses on the advanced national and local practices on promoting the high-quality development of Chinese medicine; scientifically investigates the actual situation of the whole chain of Chinese medicine industry in Foshan, and proposes a pathway for building a strong city of Chinese medicine in Foshan with high quality, which is closely integrated with the local economic and social characteristics of Foshan.
