Under the new situation of economic globalization, the increasingly fierce competition among enterprises puts forward new requirements for public management mode. Among them, the human resources management has the vital practical significance to the enterprise competitive power. Therefore, this paper probes into the path selection of public management mode under the new situation, especially for the human resources management of public organizations.
