The future competition is the competition of talents, high efficiency is an effective way to train applied talents, teachers should uphold the concept of training talents for the country in the teaching process, adhere to the principle of student-based, talent market demand and students' individual needs from the perspective of curriculum teaching optimization and improvement. Based on the talent market demand, this paper discusses how to improve and optimize the audio-visual courses for college foreign language majors.
