The public's compliance with the law is mostly the conviction of the moral value recognized by the public. The moral effect of the law can strengthen the practical effect of the law, so that the law can be effectively observed by people, and thus maintain the stability of the law. In the construction of socialist rule of law, the rule of law and rule of virtue complement each other, promote the core socialist values in the whole society, nourish the spirit of rule of law with morality, and strengthen the moral foundation of rule of law.
