Higher vocational colleges should enhance their social status, create good external environment, build good academic environment, attach importance to the construction of hardware facilities and strengthen the leading role of campus culture To establish and improve the mechanism of high-level talents admission, assessment, incentive, service and guarantee; to participate in the future development of the college, the leadership attaches importance to high-level talents and implements humanistic management; to push forward the salary reform and enhance economic incentives; The implementation of multi-dimensional subsidy mechanism to ensure a more effective way to ensure the introduction of talent work can be carried out effectively. High-level talents themselves should relieve work pressure, enhance self-efficacy, enhance People skills and enhance their own emotional experience.
