Abstract

In the context of the development of the new normal, the teaching management of higher vocational education needs to change the traditional management method. Under the condition of fully considering the country's demand for the cultivation of talents' comprehensive quality and ability, improve the teaching management measures and management results of higher vocational education. Very important. Based on the development goal of cultivating applied talents in higher vocational schools, the adoption of modern management methods reflects the new development strategic planning of higher vocational education. Teaching management occupies an important position in the higher vocational education system and plays a key role. This article mainly discusses the focus and starting point of higher vocational education management, and proposes relevant teaching optimization strategies.
