Service Quality Dimensions of Higher Vocational Education: Based on a Survey of a Public Vocational College in South China

Abstract

Due to different research tools, research objects and research periods, the research conclusions on the evaluation index system of China's higher vocational education service quality are quite different. Taking nearly 10000 students from a vocational college in Guangdong Province as samples and based on the SERVPERP model, this study revised the six dimensions scale of higher vocational education service quality, and discussed the optimization and application of the six dimensions through comparative analysis with other research conclusions.
