Abstract

In September 2013, China proposed the "One Belt, One Road" initiative, which has led to further economic and cultural development in countries along the route. This has led to a greater need for foreign language professionals, especially those who are proficient in smaller languages. Today, the lack of education in small languages in our universities does not fully meet the needs of today's society for small language talents. This article examines the development of small language education in many universities in this context.
