The Relationship between Stress and Teaching Initiative of University Teachers

Abstract

Taking 328 college teachers as the research object, the current stressors of college teachers and the relationship between different stressors and the teaching initiative of college teachers were studied by questionnaire survey, in order to provide reference for stimulating the teaching initiative of college teachers and improving teaching quality.
