Abstract

Autonomous learning, proposed by many researchers, teachers and learners, has become an important way of language learning. This paper adopts an empirical approach to investigate the role of mobile-based autonomous learning in English listening learning. This research has proved that mobile-based autonomous learning can effectively improve students' listening level, and has a positive role in improving students' learning interest and motivation, so that they won’t rely on teachers but learn autonomously.
