Physical education is rich in content, diverse in form, vivid and interesting, which is a comprehensive training of students' physical quality. But at the same time, there are many shortcomings. Therefore, in order to achieve innovation and rapid development, physical education must keep pace with The Times, innovate and improve the quality of teaching.
