The government has increased the pace of preschool education construction, while encouraging parents to really participate in the kindergarten education management. The research of parents' participation in kindergarten management is paid more and more attention by the society and families. From the perspective of kindergarten, this paper discusses how to establish a close cooperative partnership between kindergarten and parents, and especially emphasizes parents' participation in kindergarten management, gradually forming a new democratic management situation in which school and parents participate together and make joint decisions.
