This paper aims to conduct an in-depth study on inspirational education within the support work for college students in the new era. By analyzing how various forms of support work can foster the spirit of inspiration among college students, it explores effective ways to enhance the comprehensive qualities of college students. The study employs a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods, utilizing questionnaires, in-depth interviews, and other means to fully understand the experiences and feelings of college students during the support process.
