Exploration of cultivating innovative talents in Internet + communication engineering

Abstract

This paper aims to explore how to construct an innovative talent cultivation model in response to the development trends and talent demands in the Internet+ Telecommunications Engineering field. Firstly, it analyzes the current development status and challenges of the Internet+ Telecommunications Engineering field, including the characteristics of rapid technological updates and diverse application scenarios. Secondly, it proposes a talent cultivation framework centered on the integration of interdisciplinary knowledge, the cultivation of practical abilities, and the fostering of innovative consciousness. On this basis, through case analysis, it discusses specific course settings, practical project design, and mentorship models, in hopes of providing insightful implications for cultivating high-quality innovative talents in the Internet+ Telecommunications Engineering field.
