Against the backdrop of the global economy entering a new stage of development, the promotion of high-quality development has become an important goal of economic transformation in various countries. The purpose of this paper is to explore the paths and strategies to achieve high-quality development, emphasizing the importance of technological innovation, sustainable development and inclusive growth. Through literature review and case study analysis, this paper summarizes the main challenges currently facing high-quality development and proposes specific solutions. It finds that technological innovation and digital transformation are key drivers of high-quality development, while green economy and sustainable practices are important means to ensure long-term economic stability. Meanwhile, inclusive growth and social equity can promote social harmony and reduce development imbalances. The paper also proposes multi-level implementation strategies, including government policies, corporate strategies and international cooperation, and emphasizes the important role of monitoring and evaluation mechanisms in promoting high-quality development. The main contribution of this paper is to provide a systematic theoretical framework and practical guidelines to help policymakers and business managers realize high-quality transformation of the economy in the new development phase.
