As a traditional and unique medium of communication, letters have irreplaceable value in the field of moral education. This article systematically explores the generation logic of the moral education function of letters, from generation conditions, generation structures to specific manifestations, and constructs a complete theoretical framework. Research has found that letter based moral education achieves functional activation through clear object, element linkage, and goal orientation. It relies on co construction structure, demand structure, and emotional structure to form an educational mechanism, ultimately exhibiting unique advantages in education and self-education, incentive guidance, differentiated education, and emotional infiltration. This study provides theoretical basis and practical path for innovative moral education methods and improving educational effectiveness.
