With the continuous acceleration of the social development process, more and more attention has been paid to the development of ideological and political education for medical students. Strengthening humanistic care as a means of work for the effective improvement of college students' ideological and political education. Since the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, it has gradually deepened the humanistic care reform of ideological and political education in China's colleges and universities. Based on the combination of ideological and political education work of medical students, this paper interprets the connotation of humanistic care, discusses the meaning of medical students' humanistic care in the field of ideological and political education work, and summarizes the lack of attribution of humanistic care among ideological and political education students.
