Abstract

With the gradual deepening of the teaching reform work, higher vocational colleges are different from ordinary colleges and universities. It is indispensable to cultivate the talent management system required by the society. Based on the core concept of the management system of higher vocational students, this paper analyzes the characteristics of higher vocational students and analyzes the status quo problem, and proposes innovative countermeasures for the management system of higher vocational students, aiming at comprehensively enhancing the quality of education management and truly promoting higher vocational education. Good development.
