Labor is one of the important means for human survival and development, and it is also a reliable way for them to hone their will and strengthen their beliefs. For the development of contemporary young people, labor education can improve their world outlook and promote their healthy physical and mental growth. In this context, the path of ideological and political education has changed, and teachers must summarize the problems to be solved on the premise of clarifying the relationship between the two. From the perspectives of system construction, teacher construction, media publicity, and form innovation, labor education and youth ideological and political education are integrated to realize the talent training plan.
