Hainan arcade contains rich historical and cultural connotations, which constitute the unique architectural culture of Hainan region. It is not only the product of historical development, but also the carrier of modern Nanyang culture blending in Hainan Island. From the perspective of aesthetics, this paper discusses the aesthetic expression and artistic value of Hainan arcade building from the aspects of the relationship between Hainan arcade building and blocks, architectural style and decorative materials.
