With the change of current education curriculum, the people-oriented education mode in colleges and universities is more obvious, which plays an important role and significance in the education of college students. "People-oriented" is a requirement that colleges and universities must always reflect in the practice of education and teaching. It emphasizes the main ideas and objectives of education and teaching in colleges and universities, puts people first, and strengthens the measures to build a new mode of education and teaching management. This paper focuses on the analysis of the practical problems in the management and education of colleges and universities in China, and according to this investigation, finally gives the countermeasures to establish a new mode of people-oriented education, teaching and management.
