Under the background of the promotion and development of higher education reform, higher vocational education has entered a period of rapid development. On the one hand, higher vocational colleges and universities continue to expand, and the structure of student source gradually tends to be complicated; on the other hand, the talent training mode of higher vocational colleges and universities continues to innovate, and the number of new majors that combine schooling characteristics to set up services for the national development strategy is increasing day by day. And Chinese-foreign cooperative schooling, as an important initiative to introduce resources, increase education supply, and align talent training mode with international standards, is also in a period of rapid development. Therefore, this paper is based on the background of the dual development of higher vocational education and Chinese-foreign cooperative education programs, to explore the construction path to promote higher education reform, realize the organic combination of the two, and common development, aiming to provide reference and ideas for similar cooperative education programs.
