Abstract

The work of supporting education in universities is a complex and systematic project involving many aspects. It covers education, management, psychology, society and other aspects, covering all aspects of student development. In this system, humanistic care is an important dimension that cannot be ignored. It is self-evident that humanistic care plays an important role in the work of university education, which is of great significance for improving the comprehensive quality of students. Humanistic care can pay more attention to students' psychological, emotional and social needs on the basis of material aid, so as to achieve a more effective and sustainable financial education effect. In this paper, from the perspective of humanistic care, the path of university development funding education is deeply discussed. Developmental funding education is a funding method that focuses on the long-term development of students. It aims to meet the diversified needs of students by providing diversified funding means, so as to promote the overall growth of students. In the path of development funding education, humanistic care will run through the whole, from material funding to spiritual care, and pay attention to the development needs of students in an all-round way.
