This article aims to explore the significant value and strategies of ideological and political education models in enhancing the management skills of university students. The article first analyzes the current status of student management in universities, then emphasizes the important value of ideological and political education models in improving the management skills of university students, and finally proposes corresponding enhancement strategies and plans. Ideological and political education not only helps students succeed academically but also enables them to excel in social life, which has a profound positive impact on their future.
