The "one-stop" student community comprehensive management mode can provide a platform for college students to solve problems and promote the all-round development of students. In order to realize the establishment of development-oriented precise funding education in China, it is necessary to further improve the financial aid system for college students. This paper briefly expounds the background of colleges "one-stop" student community comprehensive management mode, build the necessity of development-oriented education system, analysis of the current development problems of precise funding system, put forward five paths for development-oriented accurate funding education, namely improve the development-oriented accurate funding education mechanism, attaches great importance to the ideological guidance, vigorously develop academic guidance, carry out social practice activities, and adopt the classified work mode.
