This article explores an effective path to integrate the spirit of Saihanba into grassroots party building in the field of resources and environment. The key to reforming the party building work model lies in strengthening the top-level design of grassroots party building work, enhancing the ideological and political guidance of young students, making good use of the red resources of Saihanba and other research and learning bases, leading ideological and political education, professional education, serving talent cultivation, and achieving organic integration of ideological and political education and professional course learning in universities, improving the pertinence, characteristics, and effectiveness of grassroots party building in universities.
