Most of ideological and political education workers for party members, as a party member must always look outstanding communist party member standard, the party in strict accordance with the requirements of regulate their own behavior, enhance self-cultivation, always play a model leading role, with a high degree of political consciousness and moral integrity among students form influence, affinity, appeal, to help college students to establish a new era of values. Party member educators should pay attention to the shaping of their own ideal party personality, loyalty to the party, care for students, struggle constantly, no matter when and where to bear in mind their own identity as educators, as party members, to love the party from the heart, support the party, vowed to devote their lives to the party, dedicated to the cause of education.
