Abstract

The type of modern colleges and universities is mainly application-oriented colleges and universities, the rapid development of application-oriented colleges and universities, mainly rely on the talent training program to update and reform, which also put forward more stringent requirements for students. However, there are still many problems in the management of college students. Based on an overview of the main connotation and characteristics of talent cultivation in application-oriented undergraduate colleges, this paper puts forward the current status of application-oriented undergraduate student management, and puts forward the ideas and model innovation of application-oriented undergraduate student management, so as to promote the innovation of undergraduate student management in China.
