"Rite and Music" as a symbol of traditional culture, can promote the coordinated development of human perception and rationality, and is an important part of aesthetic education. In the new era, how to give full play to the role of "ritual and music" education in the construction of campus culture, inherit "ritual and music" education and promote its normal development has become the focus and difficulty of University work. This paper analyses the value of "ritual and music" education in the cultural construction of colleges and universities, and explores its normal way of development.
