Curriculum ideological and political is of great significance for guiding young students to consciously cultivate and practice socialist core values and become qualified socialist builders and successors. The contemporary value of curriculum ideology and politics is to establish lofty ideals, firm belief in Marxism, firm belief in socialism, deepen patriotism and firm confidence in realizing the Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. This article uses research methods of literature and field survey, with the concept of "curriculum ideological and political" as the starting point, explores the inevitable trend of integrating "curriculum ideological and political" into university foreign language courses and path exploration, and realizes the development of university foreign language courses and ideological and political education to organically unified.
