Abstract

In order to improve the comprehensive level of discipline construction, this study takes the Marxist theory discipline as an example to study the situation and development strategies of discipline construction. The problems of discipline construction are analyzed from three aspects: the uneven distribution of discipline construction resources, the lack of high-level leading talents, and the common phenomenon of repeated research. Combining the development trend of the rational layout of the disciplines and the transitional development of the connotation of the disciplines in the construction of the disciplines, the development strategy of consolidating the academic foundation of the disciplines, strengthening the professional construction of the discipline team, and establishing and perfecting the academic exchange mechanism is proposed to achieve the results of the existing discipline construction. The perfection.
