As an important part of our socialist construction, ecological civilization has an important impact on the development of national economy, and is also the main direction of the development and evolution of modern civilization. At present, the ideological and political education of college students should be based on the traditional political concept and the content of the times, and introduce the education module of ecological civilization theory and ecological environment protection, so as to effectively realize the teaching guidance of students' ecological values. This paper mainly discusses the strategies of teaching the concept of environmental protection and ecological civilization in Ideological and political education in Colleges and universities.
