With the rapid development of China's society and education, the work of college counselors has ushered in new challenges, which makes the work of College Counselors' students more difficult and complex. Under the background of the new era, college counselors should give full play to their guiding role and constantly strengthen the effective management of students, so as to promote the full implementation of refined student work management. This paper briefly analyzes the job responsibilities of college counselors, the main connotation of the fine management of College Counselors' student work, and the importance of the fine management of College Counselors' student work, and discusses the implementation strategy of the fine management mode of College Counselors' student work.
