On the necessary professional quality of college student administrators from the perspective of “four haves” good teachers

Abstract

"Having ideals and beliefs, moral sentiments, solid knowledge and benevolence" is the standard of a good teacher with "four haves". With the development of the times, a new definition has been given to the responsibility and mission of college student administrators. Based on the rich connotation of "four haves" good teachers, this paper analyzes the necessary professional qualities of college student administrators, with a view to providing useful reference for the professional development of college student administrators.
